Listo Support

Overview

Listo is a focused Spanish recall training app designed to help you think faster in Spanish.

The app trains one specific skill: instant Spanish → English recall under pressure.

Sessions are short, structured, and built to improve speed, accuracy, and retention over time.

How Listo Works

Listo uses four training modes:

Training Mode

Start here if you are learning new words.

  • Partial clues are shown automatically (example: house → ho—)
  • You type the full answer
  • If incorrect, you’ll see the correct answer and get one retry
  • No scoring pressure

Standard Session

This is the core training mode.

  • Timed recall with scoring
  • Focus on speed and accuracy
  • Unlocks new words when you reach 70% accuracy or higher

Mixed Session

A blend of new and previously seen words.

  • Reinforces learning
  • Does not unlock new words

Weak Word Training

Targets words that are slowing you down.

  • Words become “weak” after a missed or slow response
  • A word is removed after 3 strong correct attempts
  • Progress is shown during training:
    • Correct 1 of 3
    • Correct 2 of 3
    • No Longer Weak

Session Length

You can choose:

  • 10 words
  • 20 words

This setting is saved automatically and used in future sessions.

Common Questions

Can I switch to English → Spanish?

No. Listo is intentionally focused on Spanish → English recall to build speed and recognition under pressure.

Why didn’t I unlock new words?

New words unlock only when:

  • You complete a Standard Session
  • Your accuracy is 70% or higher

Why is a word marked as weak?

A word becomes weak if:

  • You answer incorrectly, or
  • Your response is too slow

Weak words are removed after 3 strong correct answers.

Do I need to type the exact answer?

Answers are evaluated with flexibility for:

  • capitalization
  • common variations

Train. Test. Improve.
